Expert AdvisorsFXSplitter EA is a very powerful Expert Advisor and forex basket trading robot developed by Argolab. It places individual trades at fixed intervals of time. When the next time slot occurs the forex robot will place a new trade or close an existing trade or do both or do nothing. It acts according to the in-build trading algorithm of the Expert Advisor and the current market conditions.
FXSplitter EA use a martingale strategy. So, as the number of trades in the basket grows, new trades will be opened with the increasingly larger lot size. When the net profit of the basket reaches the given take profit level, the whole basket is closed, and the new one is started.
FXSplitter EA will work well on most brokers, 4-digits and 5-digits alike. You might wish to choose a broker with a small spread for the pair you will trade on and moderate slippage. If your account deposit is not big enough for proper money management setup, you may need to use a cent / microlot account and this will restrict your choice of broker, as not all of them offer cent or microlot accounts.
This robot opens positions both long and short in a grid style. It was created for the Metatrader4 platform. The software will automatically detect whether you are running on a 4 or 5 digit broker and change the settings internally for you.
