This is the Forex Breakout Point System fo MetaTrader 4. Look for buy trade opportunities when the green Wave Arrows appeared and stochastic crossed upward (the green line above the red line). Look for sell trade opportunities when the red Wave Arrows appeared and stochastic crossed downward (the green line below the red line).
