First, it recognizes the overall trend, and then the indicator takes into account the slope of the channel. Together it generates trading signals that go as follows:
- A buy signal happens when the general trend is bullish and the slope of the channel is upward.
- A sell signal happens when the general trend is bearish and the slope of the channel is downward.
The SF provides notifications in the top right corner of the chart.
For example: the channel is powerful – S/R levels in action. Take only long trades.
